You Decided that it is time to buy a home! Whether its your first home or your 5th home, I will be there every single step of the way to help you navigate all the things that come along with buying a property. 

The first thing and probably the most important thing to do is get pre approved. Having your pre approval in place prior to starting your house hunt is crucial. The market is always changing and you need to have all your ducks in a row. 

Once you have a idea of your price range, then we will sit down and have a buyer consult to define your search criteria. The goal of this consult is to find out what it is you are looking for. I can offer insight into particular  areas that might fit your criteria and budget. It is important to remember that criteria and budget go hand and hand. 

The house hunting process is fun. I LOVE it! =) 

After you find the home that fits what you are looking for it is time to write a offer. This is where my expertise comes into play. I will provide all the necessary info that you will need to make a informed decision of what to offer, and other conditions to consider or not consider. Every situation is different, it is important to be up to date on current market conditions. I study the market every day!

Your offer was accepted! Now What? It is time to firm up that deal, I will work with you finalize your financing, line up and complete inspections,  manage any other condition criteria as well as manage deadlines.  I am with you 100% of the way.
